Shipping
|

We currently utilize the following shipping companies:

We will generally ship out all orders within 24 hours of cleared payment; however, since we cannot guarantee this for every order, it may take up to 48 hours after cleared payment to ship any in stock items. This time involves processing, packaging and awaiting pickup from the shipping carrier.
|
|
|
|
Any items that are made or customized specifically for you are not included in our 48 hour shipping guarantee due to the nature of these items. For such items, please refer to the product’s description page for an estimated time of shipment. This estimate is given as a reference only and has no guarantee associated with it. We will ship out any customized product as soon as possible and will not sacrifice quality in order to meet the estimated time of shipment.

All of our shipping costs for online orders are determined by our online system. We offer some flat rate shipping options and others are calculated based on the weight of the item(s) and where they are being shipped to. Please note that for calculated shipping charges, our system adds an additional 3 lbs. (1.36 kg) to the total weight of the order. This is to account for the weight of the packaging and packing materials.

Order Cancellations
|
|
|
|
If you wish to cancel your order before it has been shipped, please contact us by phone or email at sales@jdcncsolutions.com.
|
|
|
|
If you wish to cancel an order that has already been shipped, you will have to return the products to us. Please refer to the ‘Returns’ section, below, for details.
|
|
|
|
Once you cancel your order, you will need to complete a refund request. Please refer to the ‘Refunds’ section, below, for details.
|
|
|
|
Digital and Downloadable Products
|
|
|
|
All digital and downloadable products are ineligible for returns or exchanges. The only exception is if a digital product is damaged during shipment, such as a CD being scratched or cracked. The damaged item will be replaced with an identical copy only.
|
|
|
|
All sales on these products are final.
|
|
|
How to access downloadable products:
- Payment needs to be cleared before downloads are available. If you use an online instant payment option, such as PayPal, your download will be available as soon as you finish the checkout process.
- Navigate to your ‘My Account’ page.
- Under the ‘Latest Orders’ heading, click on the view icon, on the right, for the order you wish to review. If the order you are looking for does not appear on this list, click on the ‘View my order history’ link under the ‘My Account Information’ heading. Once on the ‘Order History’ page, navigate to the order you wish to review and click on the view icon.
- On the ‘Order Information’ page for the order, there will be a section with available downloads. Click on the download link next to the product that you wish to download.

Please note that for all downloads there is a limit of five (5) downloads per product and the download is only available for seven (7) days after cleared payment. If you are experiencing problems with your download, please contact us at webmaster@jdcncsolutions.com and we will be glad to help you resolve the issue.

|
Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA)
|
|
|
|
If you wish to return or exchange eligible product(s), we require that you first contact us via email at sales@jdcncsolutions.com to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization, or RMA, number.
|
|
|
|
When shipping the product(s) to be returned or exchanged back to us, we request that you write the RMA number given to you on at least three sides of the shipping box. Please ensure that you write these numbers legibly, preferably at least one (1) inch in height, such that they are easily readable.
|
|
|
|
Returns
|
|
|
|
We currently only accept returns on new and unused products. You have thirty (30) days from the purchase date to return an item unless otherwise indicated on the product’s page.
|
|
|
|
We do not accept returns on any used or any customized products.
|
|
|
|
We do not cover the cost of return shipping for any item.
|
|
|
|
Any refunds will be handled as described in the ‘Returns’ section, below.
|
|
|
|
Exchanges
|
|
|
|
We will exchange any defective product within thirty (30) days of the purchase date unless otherwise indicated on the product’s page.
|
|
|
|
We do not cover the cost of return shipping for any item; however, the exchanged product will be shipped to you free of charge using a standard shipping method, usually UPS ground. If you wish to upgrade the return shipping method, please contact us at sales@jdcncsolutions.com before we ship the replacement item. Note that you will be charged the full shipping charge if you choose to upgrade the shipping method.

Refunds
|
|
|
|
We only grant refunds if an order has been canceled, a product has been returned or a server error has occurred.
|
|
|
|
All refunds are given without interest.
|
|
|
|
We will normally only refund to the source from which payment was received. This greatly diminishes the possibility of fraud. Please contact us at sales@jdcncsolutions.com to arrange other methods for a refund.
