Placing an Order

We currently allow our customers to place orders online only and will not accept any phone or faxed orders until future notice.
|
|
|

To place an order on our website, you will need to be registered in our online system. If you need to create an account, you can do so on the ‘Login’ page in the online store portion of our website. Once you have created an account, you will be allowed to place an order. Simply add any items that you wish to purchase to your shopping cart and click on the checkout icon on the ‘Shopping Cart’ page. Follow the provided on-screen steps to complete your order.

Once you have placed an order, you will receive an automated order confirmation email. Ensure that your order is correct and contact us at sales@jdcncsolutions.com as soon as possible if you find any errors. Note that the confirmation email may be interpreted as junk email or spam by some email clients. If you do not receive the email, first check your junk email box. If you still cannot find the confirmation email, you can check the order status in the ‘My Account’ section of our website (see the ‘Order Status’ section, below, for details). Alternatively you can send us an email at sales@jdcncsolutions.com and we would be happy to send you a copy of your purchase receipt.

Order Status

You will receive an email notification for any changes that we make to the status of your order, including when we ship the order. We will add a comment to the update with any tracking number(s) for the order, if available.
|
|

Alternatively, you can check an order’s status at any time from your ‘My Account’ page. Perform the following steps to check on your status:
- Navigate to your ‘My Account’ page.
- Under the ‘Latest Orders’ heading, click on the view icon for the order you wish to review. If the order you are looking for does not appear on this list, click on the ‘View my order history’ link under the ‘My Account Information’ heading. Once on the ‘Order History’ page, navigate to the order you wish to review and click on the view icon.
- On the ‘Order Information’ page, you can view the current status of the order, all of the items purchased, any comments and available downloads (see the ‘Downloadable Products’ section, below, for details).

Downloadable Products
|

All downloadable products are only available after we have received confirmation of cleared payment. If you use an online instant payment option, such as PayPal, your download will be available as soon as you are done with the checkout process.
|

|
|
You can access downloads on your ‘My Account’ page. First follow the steps in the ‘Order Status’ section, above, for viewing the order status. On the ‘Order Information’ page, you will see a section with available downloads for the selected order. Click on the download link next to the product that you wish to download.
|
|
|
|
Note that you can only download a product five (5) times in a seven (7) day period. If you are experiencing problems with your download, please contact us at webmaster@jdcncsolutions.com and we will be glad to help you resolve the issue.

Sales Tax
|

We are required by law to charge sales tax on all orders shipping within the state of Pennsylvania. The current tax rate for Pennsylvania is 6.00%.

For tax exemptions, please send us a copy of your tax exemption certificates by email to sales@jdcncsolutions.com or by mail to JDCNCSolutions, Inc. 2902 Jolly Road Plymouth Meeting, PA 19462. If you do not provide us with this information before placing an order, you will still be charged sales tax on the order, which cannot be refunded or credited.

Pricing

We reserve the right to change prices at any time, without notice. Any orders placed before price changes will not be affected, including those that have not shipped yet.

All orders are subject to applicable shipping and handling charges. Please see our ‘Shipping & Returns’ page for details.

Please note that we will not honor prices from server errors or from cached pages. If a server error has occurred, we will contact any customers affected as soon as possible and they will be allowed to cancel or edit the affected order.

We currently only accept PayPal for payments. We apologize for any inconveniences that this may cause.
